EMILY KIM

Emily Kim is a co-founder and managing partner of Trilemetry, responsible for day-to-day operations, business development and account management.

Emily has authored, edited or otherwise contributed to more than 20 technical computer books. She is a talented programmer, designer, instructional designer and is an Adobe Master Instructor—preparing and certifying other Adobe Systems instructors for teaching.



 

ANNETTE KUNOVIC

Annette Kunovic is a co-founder and managing partner of Trilemetry. She is a graduate of Regis University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and spends most of her time leading the company’s programming effort. Annette has served as technical editor for computer books and is an experienced curriculum developer, having most recently contributed to the “Flex Languages Developer Exam.”

Annette is a Certified Adobe Instructor teaching ColdFusion and Flex and is proficient in SQL, MXML, ActionScript, WDDX, XML, CSS and HTML. She is also familiar with JSP and leveraging Java objects using databases.



 

THERESE BEA

Therese Bea has been a Project Manager with Trilemetry for 3 years and has handled various accounts involving web development, developer community support, education services and marketing sites. Prior to joining Trilemetry, Therese worked for a global travel retail company as a corporate merchandiser, where she handled numerous vendor accounts and negotiated, planned and structured promotions. Therese also worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in New York and San Francisco, where she dealt with demanding and diverse clients performing equity research.



 

RICHARD BRANHAM

Richard Branham has 34 years of professional design experience in developing interfaces between people and technology and 25 years of teaching and research experience. He holds BFA and MFA degrees from The University of Kansas and a MS degree from the Institute of Design, IIT. Richard is the senior Professor of Industrial Design at the University of Kansas currently working in the areas of cognitive human factors and interaction design strategies, methods and techniques, specializing in wayfinding, navigation and use models.

Branham has published, lectured and worked in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. In the 1960's, Branham founded the Information and Design Systems Division of Unimark International, one of the world's largest design consultancies. In the 1970's, Branham founded Design Planning Group in Chicago. Major clients included Carlton Centre, Johannesburg; Gillette Company, Boston; Marshall Field and Company, Chicago; J. C. Penney Company, New York; Volkswagen InterAmerica, Mexico City and Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Pittsburgh.



 

ANDREW BRILLIANT

Andrew Brilliant is a software architect and developer who specializes in the internationalization and enterprise-level scaling of ColdFusion applications. Andrew is widely respected for his ability to troubleshoot applications that have broken under enterprise level workloads or have been strained by growth. Andrew has been working with ColdFusion since version 3.0 and also has PHP, Oracle and SQL Server experience, as well as advanced proficiency in JavaScript, DHTML and AJAX. Andrew cut his teeth as a programmer on Motorola 6502 assembly language.

Andrew has worked extensively in both North America and Europe and for Fortune 500 clients including VISA, Cisco Systems and StubHub. He served as the lead engineer for the PC version of .Mobi, was the original developer on Match.com, and his work has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey show.



 

RYDER CAULEY

Ryder began his career in graphic design at the award winning catalog retailer Coldwater Creek and his clients have included The United States Olympic Committee, Bolle Sunglasses, Western Union, Wild Oats Fresh Marketplace and Hewlett-Packard. Ryder has been involved in the creation and implementation of projects from corporate identity packages to retail environmental graphics strategies and business web designs.

Ten years in the design and web industry has taught Ryder the power of proper communication and the value of time management. Ryder has extensive experience managing client expectations, project communication and deadlines.



 

JEFF DOKTOR

Jeff is a veteran IT professional with more than 15 years of diverse experience allowing him a unique perspective of the entire software development lifecycle. Throughout his career, Jeff has been called on to tackle the tough projects. Jeff has excelled on a variety of projects and a diverse set of platforms, including ColdFusion, Flex, Flash, Action Script 3, and PHP. Jeff's persistence and determination are valued qualities which lead to the successful completion of quality projects.

Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who has worked as a wilderness guide, but his primary interest outside of work is helping others. Jeff has been a volunteer ski instructor in a special recreation program, a builder for Habitat for Humanity and a participant in the Coast of Hope ride to raise money for cancer research.



 

BRAD VANBROCKLIN

Brad VanBrocklin is a developer, instructional designer and technical writer at Trilemetry. His focus has been on Adobe products, especially Adobe Flex, Flash Builder, Flash, Flash Catalyst and Distribution Services. Brad has been instrumental in creating demos and tutorials for the Adobe Developer Center, including the successful Flex in a Week series. He has also been responsible for designing, creating sample files and writing for several of the official Adobe instructor-led courses.

Brad is proficient in web-based programming languages like ColdFusion, PHP, ActionScript and MXML and has a knack for quickly learning any IDE that is put in front of him. He is currently working on mobile development with a focus on the Android OS.



 

MARK FEIDEN

Mark Feiden holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design, a Masters Degree in Interaction and Information Design, and has more than 20 years of professional experience solving problems in both the physical and digital environments. Mark is a staunch advocate of human-centered design, a philosophy that places real users central to the development process. In addition to his work for Trilemetry, Mark has taught in the Design Department at the University of Kansas.



 

RITU GOYAL

Ritu Goyal is a software architect and developer with more than 10 years of industry experience. She specializes in web/internet technologies and enjoys a record of success on both product and tools development teams. Ritu is well versed in all phases of application development--from requirements gathering through final product delivery and maintenance. She is also an accomplished technical writer, contributing to many of the tutorials, e-learning and instructor-led training materials produced by Trilemetry.

Ritu, who began her career in telecommunications (working first for Bell Labs and then Avaya), has extensive experience crafting enterprise-level solutions. She is well versed with Java, C# and Flex. Her core strength is learning new technology and programming languages. She knows her way around web-servers like Apache Tomcat as well as web-technologies like Apache Velocity, Apache Turbine/Intake, HTML, CGI, XML, Java Script, Java Servlet, JSP and JBoss.



 

TOM KIM

Tom Kim holds a degree in Biological Sciences from University of California Irvine. He is a Microsoft certified Solution Developer (.NET) with significant relational database experience. Tom has been designing and developing custom data-driven solutions since 1998.



 

ADAM LING

Adam Ling studied Computer Science at the University of California at Los Angeles. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years, offering a blend of programming ability and design skills to projects from all the major entertainment studios. He has worked on Dreamworks' Shrek and Monsters vs Aliens, Warner Bros' Harry Potter and projects for Adobe, Apple, Intuit and HP. Adam is a versatile visual designer who has consistently demonstrated an ability to understand and respond to the needs of very different clients and markets.
