INTUIT DEVELOPER NETWORK
We worked with Intuit to redesign their developer center to support five possible learning paths. Our mission was to align customer focus with a new development(SaaS) platform, while continuing to supporting their older technologies. Our information architecture and analysis process created a solution that emphasized the new business initiative but maintained support for the legacy products.
INTUIT PARTNER PLATFORM (IPP) DEVELOPER CENTER
We worked with Intuit to organize and create materials for their developer community on how to get started with their technologies. Through interaction with real users, we identified some needs and designed foundational building blocks for the organization and presentation of material.
On this project, we worked with Bullhorn, providers of staffing and recruiting software, to create tutorials for using the Bullhorn APIs. As part of this process, we programmed examples in Java, C# and PHP against their web services.
SAP WITH FLEX BUILDER DEVELOPER CENTER
On this project for Adobe Systems, we learned how to develop SAP applications using NetWeaver and then designed demo applications, tutorials and videos to teach, both SAP developers and Flex developers, how to learn the other technology.
FLEX DEVELOPER CENTER: FLEX AND COLDFUSION
Our directive here was to lower the barriers of entry for ColdFusion developers to learning Adobe Flex. Normally product documentation and examples are targeted at Java and .NET developers who understand object-oriented programming. Many ColdFusion developers are not that experienced and tend to shy away from the complexities of Flex. We created content (articles, videos, tutorials) to show them just how easy it is for them to get started with this technology.
