Trilemetry has trained tens of thousands of technical professionals online and in the classroom. We are trusted instructional designers, technical writers and trainers for top firms like Adobe and Intuit.

OMNITURE GETTING STARTED EXPERIENCE

We were asked by Adobe subsidiary Omniture to develop a web-based learning experience to onboard new developers as quickly and efficiently as possible. First we learned how to use the complicated technology (from both Customer and Partner perspectives) and then simplified it for our audience. We analyzed the product offering, developed a comprehensive series of info-graphics, built Java, PHP and C# examples and then designed and executed the curriculum. You can see our work for yourself here: developer.omniture.com

BRIGHTCOVE

We enjoy an ongoing relationship with cloud content services company Brightcove. We have written and produced numerous e-learning videos, conduct live streaming video training sessions, and write and produce a regular series of articles for support.brightcove.com.

ADOBE INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

Human-centered design is as much a core element of our curriculum development as it is in our software development. Trilemetry has created or contributed to many official Adobe instructor-led courses.

FLEX IN A WEEK

Trilemetry created all of the content for this series from end to end. We performed the instructional design, researched the technologies to become subject matter experts, programmed examples, wrote tutorials, and scripted, recorded and produced the videos. This content has been viewed by tens of thousands of people learning Flex. We originally created the Flex 3 materials and then updated them for Flex 4 beta and released the final Flex 4 materials in April 2010.

APPLE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Apple's Environmental Health and Safety department wanted to improve interest in their courseware by converting them from Word documents to animated presentations. Trilemetry worked with Accentrix to produce the e-learning experience, including visual design, voiceover, illustrations, animation and programming.

UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON HIV WEB STUDY

We built an XML-driven, reusable, dynamic e-learning tool for health professionals who need continuing education. The navigation and content are loaded dynamically and new presentations can be populated simply by modifying the XML file.

BULLHORN TUTORIALS

For this project, we worked with a Bullhorn subject matter expert to create tutorials for using the Bullhorn APIs. As part of this process, we programmed examples in Java, C# and PHP against their web services.

AREVA SOLAR: SOLAR SALES ORIENTATION TRAINING

We developed this Flash/Flex-based interactive resource to allow sales personnel, in transition from other divisions, to orient themselves to AREVA's solar offering. We learned the technology, wrote the script, created the visual assets (including animations), built the player, and produced the presentation. AREVA is now able to save valuable training time and resources by offering employees this opportunity for self-paced learning.

AREVA key account managers have found this to be an effective tool for learning about the AREVA solar business and the salient points to cover during the sales process.

FLEX and SAP DEVELOPER CENTER

For this project, we learned how to develop SAP applications using NetWeaver and then designed demo applications, tutorials and videos to teach both SAP developers and Flex developers how to learn each other's technology.

FLEX for COLDFUSION DEVELOPER CENTER

Our directive here was to lower the barrier of entry for ColdFusion developers to learn Flex. Normally product documentation and examples are targeted at Java and .NET developers who understand object-oriented programming. Many ColdFusion developers are not that experienced and tend to shy away from the complexities of Flex. We created content (articles, videos, tutorials) to show them just how easy it is for them to get started with this technology.
