Working for our client ImageSeller, we developed and provide ongoing support for BFBWwear.net--an application that services 26 Brown-Forman Corporation brands with more than 10,000 SKUs of promotional product. With the help of this application, millions of dollars worth of product exchanges hands each year.
Our research in preparation for the development of the second iteration of this software indicated opportunities in a number of areas. By rethinking the organization of products and flattening the ordering interface, we were able to offer significant value to the end-user. By contextualizing core administrative functions, we were able to significantly reduce the amount of time spent managing the product.
Over time, we have been called on to develop additional features, such as the ability to semi-automate a complicated billing-code process, offer user-customization of products and direct integration and exchange of information with various Brown-Forman, ImageSeller and third party information systems.
